The European Darts Grand Prix returns for its 11th edition from the Glaspalst in Sindelfingen, Germany, beginning Friday, May 2.

Current world champion Luke Littler did not participate in last week's Austrian Darts Open, opting out of defending his 2024 title. Martin Schindler defeated Ross Smith 8-4 in the final to win the tournament, the third European Tour victory of his career.

Last year, Gary Anderson defeated Smith by a margin of 8-6 to claim the 2024 European Darts Grand Prix and win his first European Tour since 2014. He will look to win the tournament for a second successive year.

The Sporting News has your full guide to the 2025 European Darts Grand Prix, including a full schedule, how to watch details and prize money as Littler aims to show just why he's the defending champion of the world of darts.
