Surrey win the County Championship for a three-peat

SURREY have been topped County Championship winners after Somerset’s shock loss to Lancashire at Outdated Trafford.
Surrey did their half by defeating Durham by ten wickets.
This make it three Championship titles from three and ensures the Championship pennant will stay at The Oval in Alec Stewart’s final yr as Director of Cricket.
Elsewhere, Sussex will be part of Surrey within the first division after their demolition of Gloucestershire at Hove confirmed their promotion.

Surrey’s captain Rory Burns and Ryan Patel, who scored a key hundred towards Durham, are champions once more
