“[Steven] Kitshoff will make it, [Gerhard] Steenekamp is a younger loosehead… in all places you go there’s so many loopy younger second-rowers and No 8s… we’re not going to fall off a cliff.
“Willie le Roux is previous and taking part in at fullback and taking part in effectively however Damian Willemse is 26 and really our No 1 fullback and has already gained two World Cups. Andre Esterhuizen may exchange [Damian] de Allende [at inside centre].
“If I used to be the remainder of the world I’d say I don’t suppose I’ve ever seen South Africa on this place, which is sort of scary and fairly good for us.
“It seems to be like we’ve obtained a succession plan… and nobody has carried out a three-peat and I believe that’s the obsession.
“I’m not being jingoistic as a result of I’m the primary man to name us [out] for all of the issues we do incorrect however I simply suppose we’re in a extremely highly effective place now, and I believe Eire because the No 2, there’s hazard of that hole widening.”
