Los Angeles received the Irish Derby on the Curragh to provide coach Aidan O’Brien a record-extending sixteenth triumph within the race.
Ridden by jockey Ryan Moore, Los Angeles completed three-quarters of a size away from Sunway in second place and an additional half-length in entrance of the 6-4 favorite Ambiente Pleasant.
