Pirates’ Hunter Stratton sustains a ruptured patella tendon


PITTSBURGH — Pirates reliever Hunter Stratton was carted off within the fourth inning of Saturday evening’s 10-2 loss to Cincinnati with a left leg damage suffered whereas attempting to chase down the ball behind house plate.
