Hong Kong swimmer Siobhan Haughey seems unstoppable. She gained two silver medals on the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, and in 2024, gold on the World Aquatics Championships in Doha. Haughey began swimming on the age of 4 and trains 5 to 6 hours a day within the water. She admits that at one level in her profession, she questioned whether or not all the trouble was price it. On this episode of Take heed to Her, Haughey returns to go to her secondary college and swimming membership. To mark Worldwide Girls’s Day, she opens up about her childhood in Hong Kong and the way she turned a task mannequin for women and girls throughout generations.
